Muhammad Redza Ibrahim is a highly accomplished and visionary Chief Health Technology Officer with over 30 years of expertise in the Healthcare IT industry, specializing in Healthcare Informatics. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership in strategic planning, ICT infrastructure design, operational management, business development, and high-level consultation across both private and government-linked sectors.
His track record includes the successful delivery of key ICT infrastructure for major hospital projects such as Hospital Baling, Hospital Seberang Jaya, and Hospital Kuala Krai—ensuring seamless integration of advanced technologies to elevate operational standards. As a Change Management Trainer for the Malaysia Health Information Exchange (MyHIX), he played a pivotal role in improving healthcare service efficiency and data interoperability nationwide. He also led the implementation of the Hospital Information System Project (HISPRO) in various Ministry of Health facilities and developed a strategic IT roadmap for GIAT MARA.
At Sapura Berhad, Redza served as a Solutions Architect, where he founded the Health Informatics Division—pioneering technological innovation in healthcare services. His leadership extended to the implementation of specialized ICT systems for pharmacy clean room upgrades at Hospital Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah and Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun.
