Seterra is a social enterprise aimed to achieve in pioneering the Islamic Aged Care services, whilst creating jobs for the unemployed via caregiving education initiatives.

We aim to deliver sustainable revenue business model to ensure that the services are sustainable for the long term.

Although profits are not our primary motivation, we aim to achieve a sustainable revenue in order to be self-sufficient and to be independent from constantly relying on charity or donations to achieve our social mission.

This does not mean that social enterprises cannot be highly profitable, it simply means that when they are, their priority is the reinvestment of profits into their social mission rather than payouts to shareholders.

A successful social enterprise is one that balances the tension between upholding the social mission of their organization and maximizing the productivity of their business venture to ensure sustainability.
