Hazurin Harun

Hazurin is a results-driven leader with over 26 years of experience spanning financial services, property development, and construction. With 18 years in senior leadership roles, he brings deep expertise in financial strategy, project execution, and corporate turnaround initiatives. Hazurin has played a direct role in delivering more than RM3 billion worth of properties and has built a strong network across the finance, construction, and renewable energy sectors.

From 2021 to 2024, he served as the Group CEO of Encorp Berhad (a Bursa Malaysia-listed company under FELDA), where he led a five-year transformation plan targeting RM1 billion in revenue and market capitalization by 2027. Under his leadership, Encorp achieved major milestones, including securing joint ventures worth over RM650 million in GDV and revitalizing a 400,000 sqft mall in Petaling Jaya.

Previously, Hazurin held the CFO role at Symphony Life Berhad for 13 years and acted as a Property Development Consultant for high-value projects, including a RM480 million mixed development in Muar.

His passion for sustainable development is evident in his advocacy for low-carbon housing solutions and integration of green technologies in property design and construction.
