Tuan Haji M. Yusof bin Ahamad
Appointed as Executive Chairman to the Seterra Group of Companies Board on 30 January 2020.
He is also currently serving as the Managing Director of Palma Ikram Sdn. Bhd, an oil palm plantation company in Teluk Intan, Perak.
Prior to this, he was attached to a timber-based company in Terengganu, starting from 1983, where he held various managerial posts before retiring as it’s General Manager, in 2006.
A graduate from the School of Forestry, Institute Technology MARA (now Universiti Teknology MARA) in 1976, he began his career with the Department of Forestry Peninsular Malaysia where he stayed until 1982.

Group Chief Executive Officer
A Corporate Lawyer turned Social Entrepreneur, who is now spearheading the development of Islamic Aged Care Nationwide. Armed with over 26 years of Corporate Law and Syariah Advisory Law Experience, he served an extensive engagement in China, Europe , Africa and Malaysia.
Over the next few years, he founded a Mobile Apps and Augmented Reality Company, then moved on to the Oil & Gas Industries with business in FPSO/FSO Conversions, Shipbuilding & Repairs.
He then became the Chief Trade Negotiator for Exports of Malaysian Palm Oil , Petroleum & Petrochemical Products to China, India and Europe, was the Lead Advisor for Public and Private Equity Financing and Foreign Direct Investment for Malaysian Corporations. He also served as the ASEAN Mosque Communities Engagement & Development initiative.

A graduate of California State University, Sacramento, he started as a management trainee for Tabung Haji’s IT company and promoted to an overseas managerial position in just over a year.

Rendy Sulaiman who hails from Indonesia, started his career with KPMG – KAP Siddharta Siddharta & Harsono as an audit assistant, after completing his Bachelor in Accounting from the Tarumanagara University, Jakarta. Upon graduation, Rendy worked with a few manufacturing companies producing clothing and food, in the capacity of financing and accounting.
Rendy then migrated to Australia to join MasterCard International. He then worked for several other companies such as Macquarie Bank, TNT Express Australia, Schneider Electric Australia Pty Ltd, Toyota Financial Services Australia and several other financial and manufacturing companies, specialising in financial, computing and software development.
Rendy joined Australian Unity where he gained experience in the health & aged care industry. Skilled in financial management, accounting and system development Rendy was responsible to set up the operational management of the aged care systems. With Australian Unity, he was responsible to automate the weekly and monthly reporting process, develop budget and forecast model for business development with respective operation and customer performance business group KPI matrix.
Rendy also developed the financial modelling to analyse marketing spending over channel and open seminar project across regional branches. This increases the effectiveness of marketing projects to achieve their 5 years customer target plan. Apart from that he also developed the financial model to analyse customer churn over controllable key factors. This was done across regional to branch level in order to ensure a better workforce forecasting model.
Due to his unique experience in financial systems and Aged Care operations, Rendy was sought to join Seterra Healthcare in 2021, where he now serves as the Chief Operations Officer.
Muhamad Fahim Othman
Group Chief Development Officer
Currently serving as Chief Development Officer for Seterra Group of Companies, and spearheading Seterra Technology, a Group subsidiary, in developing new technology, innovation strategies, planning and execution.
With more than 12 years of vital industry experience in construction, commodity trading, transportation and ICT, he has successfully managed multiple accounts for construction clients that involved design and build of specialised structures, highly skilled strategic business movement consulting specialising in High Tensile Membrane Structure.
He was lead of business analyst for Heitech Padu, handling and managing CIMS, a digitalisation contractor for CIDBs’ registration system.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Electronic Engineering twining program with the University of Strathclyde Glasgow.
Siti Mariam Abdullah
Chief Industrial & Government Relations Officer
Siti Mariam brings a wealth of experience from a progressive 20 – year career spanning the full spectrum of marketing functions and varied industry segments.
She graduated from the School of Optometry, University Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 1992 with First Class Honors. Her career, which began in optometry, soon turned into one of successful contracts securement in the automative industry, with Naza Automotive Sdn Bhd and Proton.
She was named the winner for the Emerging Women Entrepreneur Award organised by MITI/SMECORP IN 2008.
She then served as Peniagawati Malaysia, Vice President 2, and consequently appointed as the Executive Chairman of Hatimuda - Veolia Consortium, which specialises in wastewater treatment.
As the Chief Executive Officer of Dinasti Mekar Sdn Bhd, a position she held from 2013 to 2015, six Papparich franchise outlets were successfully opened In less than a year. This led to her being awarded the exclusive rights to open and operate the outlets as a Papparich Franchisor.
She also engages in executive coaching in strategic leadership, consulting for organisations such as Parkson Phnom Penh Shopping Mall, a joint venture company between Cambodia and Malaysia.
Muhammad Fadhil Choong Abdullah
Chief Strategic Communications Officer
With over 35 years of Public Relations & Brand Marketing experience, Fadhil brings experience and knowledge in Government PR, brand and influencer marketing.
An alumnus of the Royal Military College and an Armed Forces scholar, Fadhil started his career in PR as a Commissioned Officer in the Malaysian Army where he served as a Public Affairs Officer under three Defence Ministers.
He was then headhunted by Ogilvy & Mather Public Relations, an international PR consultancy to spearhead the client servicing team on PLUS and also serviced other blue-chip clients such as Guinness Anchor Berhad, Hewlett Packard, Pepsi, Nokia, Boustead and Telekom Malaysia, before setting up his own PR Consultancy, Key Message Public Relations Sdn Bhd (KMPR).
KMPR began a long and fruitful relationship with their biggest client, Procter & Gamble, in 1995 and was rewarded by P&G for their Client-centricity & ROI focus by co-winning P&G’s ASEAN PR Agency of the Year Award for 2007/2008 (Co-winner) and an award for Outstanding Brand-building PR (Olay) – 2006/2007. In 1997, KMPR was awarded Guinness Anchor Bhd’s prestigious ‘Supplier of the Year Award’ for the Services category beating other notable multinational suppliers of services.

A communications practitioner for more than 28 years, specialising in crisis communications and customer care.
Experienced in multiple fields of communications and crisis management, in various industries ranging from construction, broadcasting, oil & gas, banking and aviation industries.
Amongst her more notable achievements were managing the branding and launches of Caltex, Al Rajhi Bank and Maybank Investment Bank. Trained to handle Crisis Communications in Caltex, she then volunteered as Care-Giver Manager in Malaysia Airlines, for the crisis victims of Kudat, MH370 and MH17 airline crashes.
Apart from a Bachelor of Education, Teaching of English as a Second Language (TESL), UKM, she is also an accredited NLP Practitioner (ABNLP), Time Line Therapy®️ Practitioner, Master Class Educator (BKI) and certified HRDF Trainer.
