Tuan Haji M. Yusof bin Ahamad
Group Chairman
Appointed as Executive Chairman to the Seterra Group of Companies Board on 30 January 2020.
He is also currently serving as the Managing Director of Palma Ikram Sdn. Bhd, an oil palm plantation company in Teluk Intan, Perak.
Prior to this, he was attached to a timber-based company in Terengganu, starting from 1983, where he held various managerial posts before retiring as its General Manager, in 2006.
He graduated from the School of Forestry, Institute Technology MARA (now University Technology MARA) in 1976. He began his career with the Department of Forestry Peninsular Malaysia, where he stayed until 1982.
Rashidi Yahaya
Group Chief Executive Officer
Rashidi has 26 years of Corporate Law Experience with extensive engagement in China, Europe , Africa and Malaysia. He also founded a Mobile Apps and Augmented Reality Start Up in 2009. Amongst his vast experience includes managing and operating Group of Companies in the Oil & Gas Industries with business in FPSO/FSO Conversions, Shipbuilding & Repairs, serving as the Chief Trade Negotiator and Legal Counsel for Exports of Malaysian Palm Oil , Petroleum & Petrochemical Products to China, India and Europe, Lead Advisor for Public and Private Equity Financing and Foreign Direct Investment for Malaysian Corporations and Government Link Companies  and the Aging Mosque Congregation and Mosque Communities engagement – China , Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia.

Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Dr Sulaiman Mahbob
Advisor
Tan Sri Dato' Seri Dr. Sulaiman Mahbob was appointed as Seterra’s Advisor, effective December, 2021. Tan Sri also serves as the Chairman of the Minority Shareholders Watchdog Group (MSWG), Malaysian Institute of Economic Research (MIER) and Jambatan Kedua Sdn. Bhd.
Apart from that Tan Sri also serves as a member of the board of several institutions including Bank Negara Malaysia, Institute of Strategic and International Studies (ISIS) and Felda Global Ventures Holdings Berhad (FGVH).​

Tan Sri Dato' Seri Dr. Sulaiman is trained in economics, at the University of Malaya, and University of London. He completed his Ph.D. study at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University in USA in early 1986.
Datuk Wan Mohamad Dato' Sheikh Abdul Aziz

YBhg Datuk Wan brings with him vast Syariah experience and knowledge, as the former Director General of the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM & JAKIM Putrajaya.) for 6 years, after serving the civil service for 33 years.
YBhg Datuk Wan had also served BAHEIS, Prime Minister's Department, Religious Attaché at the London High Commission of Malaysia, Darul Quran
Despite retiring from the government service, YBhg Datuk Wan is still active in several NGOs in and outside the country besides being on several advisory panel in the government and private agencies.


Dr. Ir. Adhi Santika Ph.D

Adhi Santika has extensive experience as a consultant and expert in the field of social protection and welfare for the elderly in Indonesia. He worked with various organizations including the Provincial Commission for Older Persons, Muhammadiyah Senior Care, the National Team for the Acceleration of Poverty Reduction, and the Regional Representative Council. Currently, Adhi Santika is the Chief of Partnership Division for The Association for Retired Civil Servant and Person in Charge for Developing School for Elderly in Indonesia.
Dr. Rabiah @ Munirah Shuib
Healthcare Advisor
Dr. Rabiah graduated from University Malaya with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 1987 and entered government service as a Medical Officer.
After serving for 6 years, she entered the private sector as a General Practitioner. After working at Klinik Rahim Omar for 2 years, she was recruited by Klinik Idzham in Kuala Lumpur where she is still currently employed after 29 years.

Muhamad Fahim Othman
Group Chief Technology Officer
Currently serving as Group Chief Technology Officer for Seterra Group of Companies, and spearheading Seterra Technology, a Group subsidiary, in developing new technology, innovation strategies, planning and execution.

With more than 12 years of vital industry experience in construction, commodity trading, transportation and ICT, he has successfully managed multiple accounts for construction clients that involved design and build of specialised structures, highly skilled strategic business movement consulting specialising in High Tensile Membrane Structure.

He was lead of business analyst for Heitech Padu, handling and managing CIMS, a digitalisation contractor for CIDBs’ registration system.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Electronic Engineering twining program with the University of Strathclyde Glasgow.
Muhammad Fadhil Choong Abdullah
Group Chief Communications Officer
Fadhil brings over 35 years of experience and knowledge in Government PR, brand and influencer marketing. Fadhil holds an honours degree in Communication Studies from the University of Sunderland, UK.
Headhunted by Ogilvy & Mather Public Relations, he spearhead the client servicing team on PLUS and other blue-chip clients such as Guinness Anchor Berhad, Hewlett Packard, Pepsi, Nokia, Boustead and Telekom Malaysia, before setting up his own PR Consultancy, Key Message Public Relations Sdn Bhd (KMPR).
KMPR began a long and fruitful relationship with their biggest client, Procter & Gamble, in 1995 and was rewarded by P&G for their Client-centricity & ROI focus by co-winning P&G’s ASEAN PR Agency of the Year Award for 2007/2008 (Co-winner) and an award for Outstanding Brand-building PR (Olay) – 2006/2007. In 1997, KMPR was awarded Guinness Anchor Bhd’s prestigious ‘Supplier of the Year Award’ for the Services category beating other notable multinational suppliers of services.

Sharifah Ma’arof

Has over 20 years of working experience in Investment, Finance and Corporate Strategy at the Government-Linked Investment Companies (GLICs). Also had worked in taxation services at PwC Malaysia.
She holds a Master of Science in Counselling from Northern University of Malaysia and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics (Accounting & Business Management) from Lehigh University, PA, USA.
She is a Registered Counsellor with Board of Counsellors of Malaysia and a Volunteered Counsellor with Talian Kasih.
Prasiddha Santika
Chief Executive Officer of Seterra Technologies
With more than 10 years of experience in Social Project Development in Indonesia with International Aid Agencies and Civil Society Organizations. Had worked for UNDP Indonesia as a Support Specialist for SDGs Goals in Indonesia under Democratic Governance and Poverty Reduction Unit. Previously also worked for Red Nose Foundation Indonesia as Strategic Business & Outreach Manager Experience in conducting a project or event and have a deep interest in social development.
Expertise in data researching specifically in strategic planning, projects development, proposal drafting reporting and capacity building, thematic experience in governance, and community development. Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with all stakeholders from diverse institutional, professional and cultural backgrounds.
He holds a Bachelor of Political Science from University of Paramadina in Jakarta, Indonesia
